To replace the bearings themselves, you鈥檒l simply follow all of the same steps listed in the article, but also (A) remove the races from the hubs, (B) install a new set of races 鈥?which is best accomplished by using a very large socket that is the same diameter as the flat outer ring-edge surface of the race, and hammer them in until you hear the tone of the ringing sound change, which indicates that they have seated 鈥?and (C) install the new bearings鈥?

NOTE:

There are two sets of bearings within each hub; an inner, and an outer.

The bearings are pressed into the uprights, so you need to take the front upright off the vehicle, press the old bearings (2) out and press two new ones in and reassemble.
it may just be easier to replace the whole hub and bearing assembly. it may cost more but i don't know because im not familiar with honda.
Disconnect the caliber, pull off the rotor, remove the axle nut, remove the bearing assemble bolts(3or4bolts)hammer off the old bearing assemble, the lug nut studs are part off the bearing hub.Reverse the process for the new one
