99 mercedes E320 wheel bearings?

How much trouble is it to change the front wheel bearings on a RWD E Class. I am of above average skill when it comes to this stuff but would like to hear from the pros. Any ideas would be appreciated.99 mercedes E320 wheel bearings?
I like Viggom's answer. It's a pretty simple job. Remove front wheel, remove brake caliper and brake disc. Remove wheel bearing cap. Loosen 5mm allen head bolt and remove lock nut for bearing. remove outer bearing, and then remove wheel hub assembly. after you have hub assembly off you will be able to replace inner bearing and race. reinstall and your ready to go. this job should take 2 hours or less.99 mercedes E320 wheel bearings?
Pretty much a ';no-brainer';.

The wheel bearing kit comes with inner and outer bearings, races, brake caliper bolts, cap, and locking retainer allen bolt. The only difficult part would be tapping out the old bearing races and make sure you pack the bearings with grease real well.
Mercededs have very sophicticated suspensions, and I would not advise this as a side project, but, if it's the outer bearings only that need to be done, a brake-shop could probably do them in 1.5 to 2 hours.

If it's the inner bearings, that's about a 8-10 hour job.
