How do i go from unsealed bearings to sealed on my haro f-1. How exactly do i change them? What parts do i need?

Intstruction on how to change.

What do i need in order to do this? How do i go from unsealed bearings to sealed on my haro f-1. How exactly do i change them? What parts do i need?
Well if you're talking about sealed hub you need to buy the wheels.

If you're talking about a sealed BB then what you need to do is(if you have an American BB) get a hammer and a screwdriver. Once you have taken out the crank put the screw driver inside the BB behind the other cup. Start banging it out with the hammer and repeat with the other side. Now to put the bearings in you need a piece of wood to put over the bearing. bang the wood into the bearing till its in all the way. Put the spacer inside the BB and do as before with the other bearing. Hopes this helps. How do i go from unsealed bearings to sealed on my haro f-1. How exactly do i change them? What parts do i need?
1. u need to buy the bearings

2. you need either a socket wrench or a monkey wrench

3. then just unscrew the nuts and put the bearings in and tightin them back up(make sure they r good and tight or else they will all off or become loose when your ridin and that would not be good:)
You don't! Simple eh?

It either comes with sealed or not. If not, that's it. You0would need to rebuild your wheels using hubs with sealed bearings.

This would most probably cost more than your bike is worth and would not increase it's value.
It is not your bearings that are the issue, it is your hubs. You can rebuild you wheels on new hubs, which can be a little daunting, or you can buy a new wheel set, which in some instances be cheaper.
