How do i get the rotar off a ford f150?

im trying to change the bearings out, and need to get this off and out of my way. it's a four wheel drive, v8. please help me!!How do i get the rotar off a ford f150?
Did you take the brake caliper off? Sometimes you have to use a rubber mallet and hit the back of the rotor to loosen it and then you can pull it off. I am surprised that you do not have to replace the entire hub and not just the bearing. Must be older. How do i get the rotar off a ford f150?
You need to remove the hub. that chrome thing in the middle of the wheel. There are 6 allen head screws. When you get that off there will be a clip on the inside edge of the housing. You will need to small flat tip screwdrivers to remove that. Then on the center axle there is a spring clip. You will need a reverse spring clip tool. Like a pair of needle nose pliers except when you squeeze the handles the business end spreads instead of closing. When you get those off, pull the hub lock gear out of the housing. You will need a special socket made for Ford 4 wheel drives. Its about 2 inches in dia. with 4 prongs about 1/4 inch wide and 1/8 inch long. 1/2 drive. Push this socket in the housing turning it until you feel it engage. Unscrew that nut, there will be a lock ring behind that. Needle nose pliers will pull that out. Then there will be another nut in side the housing just like the one you just pulled off. When you get that out, remove the brake caliper and the rotor will slide off. If you have any problems buy a Haynes manual.
Sorry kid-o Thought your truck was older. Look on the inside of the steering knuckle From the parts I looked at on Hub and Bearing .com your hub and bearings are a one piece unit. go to there web site and check it out. looks like ma by three bolts from the back side.
