The pivot bolt is rusted to the spacers.

Get some penetrating oil from an auto parts store.

Remove the gas tank and drain the carb.

Lay the bike on it's side (nut side of bolt up).

Spray into the pivot bolt and let it seep down the bolt - let it sit over night.

Install the nut on the bolt (leave it loose a couple of threads).

Try to hit the bolt out with a hammer - if the bolt moves, back the nut off a couple more threads and repeat.

Also -

Grab one of the spacers with a pair of vice grips - try to turn the bolt to break it loose of the spacer - repeat with the other spacer.

Also -

Heat a spacer with a propane torch - grab it with vice grips and turn the bolt to break it free of the spacer - repeat with other spacer. How do i change my swingarm bearings?
