How do I take apart my Jin gong g36c to change the bearings?

I have an airsoft Jin Gong g36c and want to change the plastic bearings how do I safely take it apart? And what is the difference between bearings and brushings? Unless they've said otherwise, it'll have standard bushings (6mm I believe). You can always measure them when you take the gearbox out of the gun.
